7. Payment Terms

In no event shall Drakzinov’s total liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for using our services during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you. In such jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to our services if we believe that you have violated these Terms of Service or engaged in any conduct that may harm Drakzinov or other users of our services.
